Can't find what you want at our store? The item you like is sold out?
You can now place a special order for the item with us. We accept pre-orders for Prada, Miu Miu, Gucci, Furla and Longchamp. You may also enquire about brands not listed at our store.
Just send us an email (serendipityclub.sales@gmail.com) with the following information:
- Brand
- Product name / Model number
- 1st choice color of the item
- 2nd choice color of the item (if you are willing to accept this in the event that your 1st choice is not available)
- Dimensions of the item
- At least 1 image of the item
We will let you know if we can source the item specially for you and our price. You may then decide whether to confirm your order for the item.
Pre-Order Confirmation and Payment
If you would like to confirm your pre-order:
For items of value above S$300,
- We require an upfront payment of 50% of the item price.
- The remaining 50% will be payable 3 days prior to delivery of the item to you.
For items of value S$300 and below,
- Upfront payment of 100% of the item price will be required.
If your pre-ordered item is out of stock at the brands' stores, we will issue a full refund of your upfront payment.
If you choose to cancel your pre-ordered item after we have purchased it on your behalf, we regret to inform that no refund will be made in this case.
